Wordpress LScache Plugin: quic cloud Map Both www/non-www setting
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 hi how should this setting be? on/off? my www. subdomain open my domain: http://www.site.com > site.com as it is here: http://www.wordpress.org my settings are off now. redirection is done, but security warning appears when attempting to open with www. How can I solve this SSL related problem? I also have a smtp problem. It was the mail.site.com smtp server registered as cname. dns no longer works after redirecting. Hi, you need to create a separated mail sub-domain , then point MX record to this sub-domain what is the domain you see in QC dashboard ? with or without www ? and when you see SSL error , which cert you received ? Best regards, I can receive mail, I have mx records. but I cant send mail using smtp. My smtp server address: mail.site.com. 524 Site Not Found (QUIC.cloud) error page opens. I solved this problem by typing my smtp server address, server ip address instead of domain. but my hosting provider can change the ip address, in this case the system will become inoperable. My domain name is registered without www in the QC control panel. I dont want to use www. I solved the ssl problem by manually adding the certificate. The certificate created in cpanel included subdomains such as www, this certificate solved the problem. QC had not generated a valid certificate for www. These are called SANs if Im not mistaken. I created workarounds to the problems, they are working for now but I am curious about your opinion on the subject. I use google translate. so there may be some problems, sorry for the narration errors. Hi, but isnt your site server IP is same as your mail server IP ? if they change mail IP , then your server IP will also change ? yes, QC wont generate root domain and www domain cert if you didnt not enable this option Best regards, hi, ip addresses are the same. i am using a shared hosting, administrators can change their ip addresses. smtp does not work because qc acts as a proxy. This also doesnt work when using cloudflare. but cloudflare provides an option to disable dns settings from proxy. I havent seen such an option for qc yet. https://i.ibb.co/CJJ91Wy/hh.png here was my settings when using cloudflare. here dns only option solves the smtp problem. My dns configuration is the same for qc. In fact, these settings are standard settings for most people using cpanel. Although I have to manually make some changes, it still works and my system is faster with qc. thank you since you are using CF this video could be helpful
