Wordpress LScache Plugin: problem getting domain key
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 hi, im having problem retrieving the domain key, I do not have any security plugin installed, other than modsecurity on cpanel, here is the error message Notice: There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry. There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:: 1) The POST callback to https://crenema.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed. 2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not whitelisted. Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, whitelist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.: I have submitted a report to ls, here is my report number ZVCBHREI, hopefully I can find a solution here, thanks The page I need help with: http://crenema.com fyi I have created a firewall rule to whitelisted quic.cloud server ips to cf, also doesnt help and Ive verified that rest api is active (status 404) Hi, From our log , it seems blocked by imunify360 and gives 500 error please check your server log and see if there is any error message about 500 error Best regards, hi @CacheCrawler, thanks for the reply nothing showing up at imunify360, ive asked my host for their error log, cause it doesnt show up on my cpanel log and this is what they gave me, not sure itll help though https://prnt.sc/um73tk can anybody help?
