Wordpress LScache Plugin: pingdom speed ? replacing wprocket with lscwp

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi I uninstalled WP Rocket and Installed yr plugin, but my pingdom page speed has increased from 1.5s (WPR) to around 2.5s (LSCWP). The instalation is correct, and in reality the site is equally fast, but pingdom page speed still loads AT least 1 second slwoer an usually even more. Hi, Please provide a report number ? Best regards, Report number: NMHESOOE Report date: 06/09/2018 11:42:17 I had deleted WP Rocket prior to installint LSCWP. Hi, I see , the issue is your server is not correctly setup the cache root , which means you were basically comparing cached page vs non-cached page. May I know what is your server environment ? Is it VPS/dedicated server or shared hosting ? Best regards I am on shared hosting. But I can contact support, if you tell me what i should tell them to do exactly Hi, I assume its cPanel ? if so , you should relay this article to them https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:common_installation:cpanel-shared if its Plesk, https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:common_installation:plesk-shared if its Direct admin, https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:common_installation:directadmin-shared if its other environment , please contact us. Best regards, it is DIRECT ADMIN Hi, Please check my previous reply. Best regards, Thank you My pleasure, please let us know if you have any further questions Best regards, If they are not willing to cooperate, can I do it muself?? myself Hi, Unfortunately you cant , these procedures requires ROOT privilege. Best regards Add the following Apache-style configuration directive in your application level document root .htaccess file to enable cache lookup. CacheLookup public on This goes into my .htaccess? or is this for the server too? Hi, This part is managed by Cache plugin , so you should not bother about .htaccess the important part is server side configuration. Best regards,
