Best regards, I dont know if it is rules are being added to .htaccess, example when i enable the the guest mode or browser cache (which specifies will edit .htaccess file) and when click save changes it shows that enables, and when i refresh the same page the option is shown disabled please check this page thank you very much it worked i repaired the database as told, now it is working fine
