Wordpress LScache Plugin: litespeed with same domain in WP & XF

And Im using also cloudflare controlled by my Hosting (hostinger) WP is installed in the root domain ? public-html and XENFORO in a folder public-html forum Actually I excluded the forum folder path in the WP plugin to be cached. is there something else I have to do ? or is there some conflict with this configuration ?
