Wordpress LScache Plugin: font-display: swap

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi, Regarding: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/optimisation-feature-add-font-display-swap/ Is it implemented? I dont see such an option in the settings. When I activate Load Google Fonts Asynchronously it strips the swap parameter and I get a notice on PageSpeed to fix it. One more thing, when I activate Load Google Fonts Asynchronously the links to the Material Icons and the Google Font Im using are combined: It seems like a great idea, but Im intentionally using a Variable Font, which seems to be loaded from a different URL https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2, notice the 2 at the end. I was wondering if loading the font from https://fonts.googleapis.com/css will affect its benefits. Thank you for a great plugin, Asaf This topic was modified 2 years, 8 months ago by asafm7. What is your link before enable Google Fonts Async option? Best regards, Hai Hi, I dont see a Page optimization menu or setting A screenshot: https://snipboard.io/oZe9iz.jpg Regarding your question, these are the original links: Its in v3 only. You can give v3 a try: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/litespeed-cache-v3-preview-available-now/ Thanks, Did you see the links you asked about? Will see if its possible to customize webloader later. Thanks. I will mark this as resolved for now. Will update if any progress is made.
