Wordpress LScache Plugin: exclude elementor header

The problem is that sometimes the header logo and dropdown dont load properly. The header is a elementor template applied to entire site. Can I exclude the header or template header?. The logo appears with a huge space above and the dropdown nav men? arrows dont appear. I turn off JS defer. Header, NavMenu dropdown and all elements of the page are displayed correctly.
