Wordpress LScache Plugin: dublicate comment form with ESI enabled and some questions
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello great LS team, On my website, when users are logged in and the ESI is enabled, i get a duplicate comment form and i cant figure it out what could be the problem. When i deactivate ESI i dont have this issue. See image please. http://i.prntscr.com/Ri86Xu6zRmeBUaVjpfHbCA.png Any help would be appreciated Some more questions: -When i want some widgets output to not get cached i set Widget Cache TTL: 0 but what should i choose, Public, Private or disabled button? -Is it possible to change the TTL value for js and css for the browser cache to another value lower? -Exlcuding some urls from cache example: mysite.com/myurl/moreurls in order to exclude the parrent and all child pages should i set? -> myurl/ myurl/ Thank you for your time and support Hi, the image link seems not working , please verify 1) it does not matter if pub or pri when you have 0 2) yes, its in cache -> advance -> browser cache 3) the first , partial match works , but it doesnt support for wildcard Best regards, Hello , I am sending you image https://ibb.co/DkHMPp0 The problem appears when ESI is enabled and the user is logged in. -I have Cache Commenters (Disabled) in Cache Tab. -I have Cache Admin Bar + Cache Comment Form (Disabled) in Cache ESI Tab. 1.So for just stopping the caching process of some dynamic widgets, i can set private for example and TTL=0 2. In Browser Cache TTL i have set 31536000 for a year for images+media and for css+js i would like to have lower TTL value so , i have set in Page Optimisation-> CSS/JS Cache TTL 604800. Is it correct? 3. Please give me an example how could i exclude the following URL pages from caching: http://www.mysite.com/page1/page2/page3 exclude parent page (page1) and all subpages (page2,page3)(I need this for buddypress) http://www.mysite.com/page1/?moreactions=12345 exclude parent page (page1) and ? . Hi, 2) yes, this is the option for browser cache by expire header 3) /page1/page2/page3 (correct->exlude parent page and chld pages) /some-page1/page2/page3 (not correct->dont exlude parent page and chld pages) if you want to exclude both of above URLs , then use page1 or page1/page2/page3 for more accurate match if you only want to exclude the first, then use /page1/ or /page1 if you only want to exclude the last , then use some-page1 /some-page1 or some- ?etc 4) the links look alright to me 5) I dont really think you need to ESI-ize this widget, it should always be static , the google will deternate what ad to send to user Best regards,
