Wordpress LScache Plugin: bbPress and BuddyPress

Do you have any suggestions for how to configure plugin in the best way, so its compatible with bbPress? We also use BuddyPress on our site. We really need to the BuddyPress member profile page to be accurate and up to date. Do you have any suggestions for accomplishing this, or, should we disable cache on all members profile pages?
