Wordpress LScache Plugin: _transient_dirsize_cache
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, our site used to use Litespeed but we moved to a server that uses Nginx so I have removed the litespeed cache plugin. I am also doing so cleaning on our wp_options table and we have a huge entry called _transient_dirsize_cache. I cannot find much on the internet for this but one person suggests it is created by the litespeed cache plugin. Can you please confirm that your plugin does create this wp_options entry and that it is safe to delete if no longer using litespeed cache on a site? thanks Hi, its a function from WP to store the file/directory information ref: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/51701/will-it-break-my-site-if-i-delete-all-transient-records-in-wp-options-table https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19879 Best regards,
