Im unable to get the LiteSpeed Image Optimization service to work on my WordPress No matter how long I wait, requesting and pulling automatically via cron or manually, I get this error : You have too many requested images, please try again in a few minutes. Litespeed plugin is requesting 1 group (2 images) If I click Send Optimisation Request I get the error, You have too many requested images .. I suspect already optimized images have to be pulled first, but that option is not available not manually nor automatically (cron). Please suggest a solution. The page I need help with: https://www.sonicplumber.com Hi please check this page https://quic.cloud/docs/wordpress/troubleshooting/verify-wordpress-rest-api-is-active/ Best regards, Hi, I have checked and the REST API is active and enabled as required. However the images are not getting pulled. Our firewall is not blocking any requests from litespeed and all the servers are whitelisted. Please advise. Hi, please try clean up unfinished and try again , there was an issue on one node , maybe your site was linked to that node Best regards, I have tried the suggestion, cleaned up unfinished images and tried again. Same issue, first 2 images are pushed, but not being pulled back and can not push any further images. Hi, please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com we will investigate it further best regards, I am trying to submit a ticket, but there is an error after submitting the ticket. Error : Oops! Something went wrong and we couldnt process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us. ? Back to Homepage I do not have an account on the Litespeed website. Is there any alternate way to raise a ticket. It seems to be not working or needs login credentials which I do not have. Regards, Brian Noronha Yes, thats WHMCS bug , thats why I explicitly asked you to: by mail to support at litespeedtech.com
