Wordpress LScache Plugin: Wrong IP address retrieved

I tried changing IP address under settings on QC dashboard, but no use. Can you erase my website profile completely, so that i can add again? If i delete the site and add again, am getting the same cname and same result. And my tier is LS enterprise, which is not being detected correctly. Best regards, Its still the same after refresh. ending in 67 I even tried deleting and re-adding domain later via key refresh. Edit: I have a couple of websites from same account which get enterprise benefits.. but not this one.
