Wordpress LScache Plugin: Wptouch plugin and LSCWP conflicting problem

Can you give some screenshots? Under LiteSpeed Cache > Settings > Cache is Cache Mobile set to ON or OFF? It should be ON because your mobile theme is different than your desktop theme.
