Wordpress LScache Plugin: WordPress 6.0
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Im trying to figure something out. I went to use the Plugin WP-Downgrade to rollback to WordPress Core 5.9.3 for a plugin thats not yet compatible with WordPress 6.0. A plugin that is very important to the sites functions. I followed the instructions and after I got the third prompt to Update the core on the update page, I never got the fourth one which is to click re-install 5.9.3 on the update page. Like it didnt even show up?? I even deactivated all the plugins to check if there was a compatibility issue was the reason but no difference. I had to change the CNAME and NAMESERVERS to the ones from QUIC.Cloud to use Litespeed, right? Im starting to think there is an issue with that setup blocking the rollback because I know that it has to connect to the site hosting provider to re-install. Can someone help me confirm this hunch? If thats not the case what do I do?? To also point out: I used Fillzilla to access the site folders to roll the WordPress version back manually using the SFPT Credentials given, but that didnt work either. I looked around to find the FPT Credentials but couldnt find/Identify them. To top it off, I went to WordPress Support and asked, and they told me that its not possible to roll it back at the moment. Yet the incompatible plugin support said that others were able to rollback?? Dude, Im so confused. no , I dont think DNS will have anything to do with rollback but it doesnt hurt to try to revert to previous DNS status
