Wordpress LScache Plugin: WooCommerce Issue
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi support, am encountering an issue whereby products in my shop are changing their visibility from catalog & search to hidden without any changes made by any admin. This is resulting in products not being available for sale and its causing a bit of a headache. I wondered if you had encountered this issue before with WC and whether there was a particular Litespeed cache setting that was to blame? My shop is stocked once a week and the products are available for sale for approx 5 days. At some point during those 5 days we sporadically see some products changing to hidden. There doesnt appear to be a pattern as to when or which products. LScache is cleared before each shop launch so Im a bit baffled as to why this is happening. Ive raised a ticket with WC and they havent come up with any ideas other than to test on a staging site and check for plugin conflicts. by design , cache plugin doesnt alter the product , it only stores the output generated by WP or Woo the only possible thing I can think of is object cache , if you have that enabled, try turn it off @CacheCrawler thanks for your reply. I have object cache disabled so it cant be that. If its not a known issue at Litespeed then thats all I need to know for now. Ill explore other avenues. Thanks for your help.
