Hi guys, Ive an ecommerce that uses the Electro (https://themeforest.net/item/electro-electronics-store-woocommerce-theme/15720624) theme and Im having trouble displaying prices. Prices appear with different values in the listing and at checkout page. I believe its a cache problem, since prices are random between old and updated value. Can someone help me? Best regards, Hi, Sorry, but what report number? Hi, In toolbox ?> Report ?> click send to LiteSpeed , it will generate you a 8-characters string , please provide that string. Best regards, Thanks! Here it is: WPEVYGKR Hi, Could you please state how can I reproduce the issue you experienced on your site ? Best regards, Hi, The problem occurs whenever price and / or stock are updated in the store. Whenever an update of this type is made, the page cache is being saved as a whole and is causing confusion among buyers, showing the old price on one page and the current price on another, for example, or a customer who has marked to be notified when a product in question arrives, it is notified when the stock is updated but when entering the page the product is still out of stock due to cache issues. We believe that the plugin used previously (W3 Total Cache) performed a cleaning in the cache whenever it identified that any of these updates (price or stock) were carried out. So it is difficult to reproduce the error out there, can you help us with this information? In advance, thank you. Hi, May I know how did you update the price/stock ? Best regards, Shure, we use the WooCommerce itself. Hi, Could you please go to admin area , left-side bar ?> LiteSpeed Cache ?> Toolbox ?> [6] Debug Settings in this page: set Debug Log to Admin IP Only add your IP into Admin IPs (you will see your IP below.) set Debug Level to Advanced save changes. Now go to [7] Log View, click on admin-bar LiteSpeed Cache ?> Purge All then click button [D] Clear Log , keep this window open, dont close it nor navigate away from it. Now perform the price/stock change in your wooc. once above action is done , go back to Log View window and refresh this page, you should see the debug log is showing up. Then please copy all the text , paste it into https://paste.ubuntu.com/ then post the link it generated for you. Best regards, Hi, Apparently we no longer have the problem with the stock. We tested it here and updated it quickly. The price update persists and only update when the user click to buy. Here is the link of the log as requested: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/z3R8vHWYwV/ Thank you for the attention. Best regards, Hi, Could you please go to Cache ?> Purge ?> Purge Stale to OFF ? Best regards, Hi, We did it but the problem with the cache in the price persists :/ Best regards, Hi, The price update persists and only update when the user click to buy. you mean fron admin view , the price is correct ? but user doesnt see the right price until they try to buy it ?
