Hi, If you did not set Remove Original Backups to ON , or ever did Remove Original Image Backups , then it will just revert your status to previous before you did image optimization best regards, Thank you for your quick response. I am not sure what my previous dev did. It seems I have 25k photos of. bk,. webp files. Thats keeping my innode usage higher. what should I do now? how can I flush these unwanted images from my system created due to image optimization safely? my site is pretty big.Thank you. Hi. I needed support. its hurting my web performance a lot. I wish I could delete them but not sure what to do right now. Hi, well , unless your server is running on traditional mechinaical disk , otherwise I really dont think images in disk would hurt web performance. anyway , I would suggest you to downlaod them to keep a backup on your local computer, then remove the original backup Best regards, oops. Its running on SSD. It doesnt make sense running a pretty big website on HDD. images in disk hurt web performance for sure by increasing inode use. I wasnt talking about removing the original backup. I was talking about something else different. I knew I could take backup of the whole site and could have done what I am supposed to. it was too time consuming to walk through this way. if something goes wrong it will take much time to restore the backup. I dont know if you are talking about taking media backup or not. as far as I know media backup doesnt work well except for manual restoration. Hmm, I have to find my own way. Thank you for your response. I love this plugin and would love to recommend others. Hi, hmmmm???? please forgive my bluntness , then what exactly is it you want to do here ? Best regards,
