Wordpress LScache Plugin: White Screen ? Desktop Only
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 I have a problem where some of our articles return a blank page. It seems to be random ATM and seems to affect Safari on desktop. We have separate mobile caching and this doesnt seem to be affected. The only solution is to manually purge ALL caches. Guest Mode is Off. I cant replicate ATM as have cleared caches but we post articles at least one/twice a day and it is happening most days. I hope you can shed some light on this problem. Curiously, Ive turned CDN/Quic.cloud off but, according to headers, it still seems to be serving from CDN? Next, I will re-enable mobile cache and see what happens. Hi, what does response header shows ? if you turn off in CDN -> QC CDN , that wont work , that just controls the API communication , you need to go to QC dashboard -> domain -> CDN -> CDN config -> toggle Bypass CDN most important part is that if you can reliably reproduce it ? Reactivated QC CDN yesterday and today our latest post shows a blank page on Safari and Chrome againSo I have to manually clear the site cache. Im beginning to wonder whether another CDN would be better than QC.
