Wordpress LScache Plugin: Which Media File Renamer plugin can work well with Litespeed?

Can you suggest which plugin can rename .webp filename also? Thanks Hi, Sadly I think there isnt one. re-name plugin may only read the image file name/path from database, and obviously webp files are not stored in standard WP table.
