Wordpress LScache Plugin: What is the ideal setting for Litespeed Cache?

In google pageinsight tool my site score is just 30 which is very low. Can any body help me to increase my site speed via litespeed cache? I have tried every option in the plugin but all failed. Hi, Did you purge after you change setting ? most of them wont take effect until you purge the cache. Best regards,
