Hello, WebP images are not loading on my website. Report number: FNKCPZPM Thanks! The page I need help with: https://mirelleborra.com/ Hi, Please check in your files if webp are actually exists. Best regards, Hello, I double checked my media library and the WebP images exist. Report number: FNKCPZPM Cheers Hi, I randomly checked few , like https://xxx/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/10-1.jpg.webp , its 301 redirect to home page. Please check if your CDN allows webp file. Hello, Im using BunnyCDN and it seems to support WebP (see below): Dynamic WebP Caching If enabled, BunnyCDN will dynamically select a different cache key based on wheather the users client supports the WebP protocol or not. Only use this if your backend supports dynamic WebP images based on the Accept header or it might hurt your cache HIT rate. The WebP file also does not exist without being served over CDN. However, in my media library it shows the WebP Only on my front page the WebP images exist. Hi, Could you please try disable CDN for moment ? and see how it goes. Best regards Hello, Im not using a CDN on the following domain: https://tools.pingdom.com/#59f3391fbec00000 However, the Webp images are not loading / do not exist: https://xxx/new/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/22.jpg.webp Though it show Webp versions in the Media Library Report number: FLVLBQKI Thanks Hi, please check your htaccess file , if it has content about webp . also , check the actual file system see if webp files are exsited. Best regards Hi, Im going to mark this topic Resolved, due to lack of activity. If you still need help, well be happy to reopen the topic. Please let us know what you found in .htaccess and whether the WebP files exist in the file system, if so. Thanks!
