Wordpress LScache Plugin: WPDiscuz comments not updating

However, Im having trouble integrating the ESI feature with my comment system (WPDiscuz). When logged in as an admin, the comment system isnt cached and all is well. But when logged in as a simple user or just visiting as a guest, the comments do not refresh on page load (tested with simple random number). Ive tried enabling and disabling comment caching but that doesnt seem to change anything. I also have disabled logged in user cache. I know that ESI is working since Im using shortcode blocks that are updating rapidly (every 30 seconds). Is there something Im not doing right? Would love to have your help on this. Thanks! Sadly, that does nothing wether activated or not. I notice this in the header when logged-in as admin: x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache,esi=on And this when logged in as normal user or guest : x-litespeed-cache: hit Any ideas?
