Wordpress LScache Plugin: WP FORMS Lite ? The form was unable to submit

Please contact the administrator ). To fix this error, just change whatever form you want and save the change - then again all the forms work great for a few days and the problem comes back. The problem is also solved if I clear the memory in LiteSpeed ??Cache or disable the plugin completely. I also use other plugins on the site - could any of them be causing the problem?
