Wordpress LScache Plugin: V4.0 iPhone Safari Flicker Problem

Actually all pages reload continuously. For this reason it is not possible to go bottom of the page. This problem occurs only in mobile and safari. No problem with mobile and Chrome. Guest mode enabled JS Minify and Combine is disabled (also tried enabled but no difference). Do you have any idea? Sincerely. I just tested on my iPhone Safari , it loads after one refresh Best regards, Found problem.. Problem occur when the safari option Disable all cookies is enabled. When it is disabled, works fine. BUT there was no problem at the same page and option in v3.x version.
