Wordpress LScache Plugin: Users cant reset password
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Getting a message Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below. They can only enter their email address, they get a link sent to them, then the same error as above. I have my login page hidden for security, so am not sure what pages or which URIs I should be excluding from cache. Is there a guide somewhere with common pages to exclude? I contacted my host for help, they said the problem is because of caching. Ive disabled the login page from being cached. Also excluded some URIs that are used when resettting password, but still getting this message about invalid key for reset. Hi @audiomonk, could you please provide?your Report Number, found in?WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report. Also, can you share the URI of the password reset path? Hi, Im going to mark this topic Resolved, due to lack of activity. If you still need help, please provide your Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report. Well be happy to reopen the topic if necessary. Thanks! Sorry for the late reply. I found the problem and it wasnt related to Litespeed. For some reason the emails that people were getting had extra characters in the link back to the site, giving an invalid link. Still havent found out what is adding the extra characters. Thanks for the update! I hope you find the culprit soon.
