Wordpress LScache Plugin: Unused CSS generation
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi it seems like litespeed cache plugin creates a CSS file which is totally unused on my front page with a huge size of almost 200kb. Why is that? This file is generated as soon as I use the combine CSS option, which makes totally sense to me but why is this file unused? Google Speed check noticed that and also when I use Chrome Developer tools, I see that this file is loaded but not used at all. Any idea? Filename mydomain/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/28812.css Thanks and cheers Hi, Please re-test it with https://your_domain.com/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm it will list out the CSS unused , then you can try tweak/tune/remove them. currently LSCWP can not remove unused CSS by itself.
