Wordpress LScache Plugin: Unable to auto-set server IP for this domain

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi all, a few days ago I got the plugin and configured everything to be best of my knowledge but cant seem to get fast load times and that hurts my business. While configuring CDN I get the Unable to auto-set server IP for this domain and cant find a way to get passed that and the found nothing on the documentation or forums. I did read that the IP should be automatically retrieved by my LSC plugin but it didnt do it. Can anybody give any guidance on where I should be looking to get it going? UPDATE: I regenerated an API key as suggested in the QUIC.cloud CDN page. I am waitting for the new key and will try to see if that fixes the issue. UPDATE II: I generated a new API key and still experience the same issue: Currently QUIC.cloud CDN is fully disabled. This topic was modified 2 years, 6 months ago by maurochuchuy. Best regards, This error is showing in my QUIC.cloud Image here Hi, In your screenshot , if you go to Setting tab , and manually set your server IP there, does it work ? Best regards, @CacheCrawler thank you for answering. That is my problem. I dont know where to get those IPs from. Not a noob here but Im kind of lost. Are those my hosting dns server IPs? If they are, Ive tried them and do not work (failed to validate IP msg) Hi, Could you please provide the report number ? Best regrards, Took me a while to figure out what you where talking about there. Report number: UDTCGKDO Report date: 05/06/2020 22:46:57 Hi, Could you please confirm that you tried with 190.xxx.xx.221 ? Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler No, that IP is not on the list of the ones Ive tried. I have tried 190.xxx.xx.45 and 190.xxx.xx.245. Where do I get that IP from? Regards. Update: Im contacting my hosting service since I cannot find the server IP on my control panel. Will get back to you once I have them and tried them on the QUIC.cloud panel. Thank you. Update: I was able to get IPs from my hosting. The issue is that my service is behind a proxy and it changes frequently. They where not able to tell me how often. I have gone an updated one of the IPs they gave me and now and changed CNAME. CDN has been configured but SSL certificate failed. Should I Bypass CDN image here https://prnt.sc/sctpzu Hi, You mean your provider changes IP constantly/frequently ? In that case you may not be able to use CDN all the way , as it requires you to update the IP every time IP changes. Best regards,
