Wordpress LScache Plugin: UCSS was generated although disabled

I see that this issue occurs when I turn on this option: JS Combine External and Inline It happens to randomly post/page. hmmmm? did you enable guest mode ? Yes I did. the UCSS will generate if you have guest mode + guest optimization enabled , even you have set it OFF, guest optimization has its own non-controllable settings for optimizations
