Wordpress LScache Plugin: Support for Photo Reviews for WooCommerce
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi Team, I was using the free version of Photo Reviews for WooCommerce and observed the plugin was not working as expected (Verified product purchasers are not able to submit review.). In Litespeed Cache, Cache Logged-in Users is enabled and still the users are not able to see the submit review form (even if they are verified purchasers of the item). The issue resolved on disabling Litespeed Cache plugin. Are there any special exclusions for the plugin to work with LiteSpeed Cache Plugin? Please help me find a fix. Thanks. Note: I dont want to disable caching the whole page. If there are no solutions, I would prefer to disable caching for logged in users. please provide the report number you can get in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed Report number: YTEVPGWA Hi, when you say the users are not able to see the submit review form please check , is there any error message shows up in browser dev tool console ? No errors in browser console. I feel like the user specific cache is not working. After hours of playing with different settings found the culprit. Disabling ESI cache fixed the issue. Please look into it if thats intended.
