Wordpress LScache Plugin: Stackpath CDN Not recognized my Litespeed?

Each time I do a GTMetrix test it always suggests to get a CDN and I already have Stackpath active on all sites. I have the settings for Stackpath set up correctly so I am not sure what else to do.
