Wordpress LScache Plugin: Sometime Images and Javascript are not loading
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, Im using litespeed plugin and litespeed webserver. Im very very happy about the performance. Still, Im experiencing a very big issue. sometime and for no specific reason: web page is halfy loading and get stuck. even a refresh does nothing. image and javascript cant be downloaded to finalize to render the page. Customer is therefore block and cant finalise his shopping on the webshop it can happen on first time user browsing the webshop or on my phone or iPad I use often to search for products. and always in a woocommerce product or catalog page. never on homepage see here: I do use most of the optimization LS is providing (minifying, image cache,?etc..) It is very hard for me to find a solution to reproduce de bug 100% and therefore being able to analyse it with the google chrome console. Does anybody from the LS team has an idea what may cause this issue? and what should I try in order to investigate? This topic was modified 2 years, 2 months ago by bidiesman. I noticed in some case , Safari doesnt like long header, if you have JS push and CSS push , please try disable it , and see how it goes Best regards, Hi that is a fast reply. nope also happening on my iPhone with google Chrome which im using the most. reset to default is something I would like to avoid. Im not a fan of this reset all and try from scratch. Especially when things are finely tuned. I rather try and dig in more precise test like the one you are proposing. I just disable css and JS push for now. what about image not rendering? will this be also linked to css/js blocking? if not then its something else? can this be a theme issue? or a js file not be minified? Hi, happening on my iPhone with google Chrome which im using the most. thats same thing , all browser on iOS are using Safaris core engine, just with different skin , due to Apples restriction reset to default is something I would like to avoid. Im not a fan of this reset all and try from scratch. Especially when things are finely tuned. thats what I mean to export it first ,then you can import back your setting afterwards, with default setting we can at least to determinate if its like server-side issue or plugin-side issue for next step. Best regards, Hi, I have the exact same problem. It started with version 3.3.x and still persists. Therefore Im currently staying at 3.2.4. Im still not able to figure out, what causes the issue. I tried different settings but the issue still appears sometimes. A look at the developer console shows the crash appearing when loading external scripts like adsense. The loading of the script stuck at pending , the website doesnt finish loading and the tab even crashes. The issue happens on all systems and all browsers. Hi, @steffeen84 please create a separated topic for your issue Best regards, Sorry for my very late reply. Instead of default settings, would it be possible to simply deactivate -css minification -js minification first in order to investigate? do you have any more precise idea what can be the source of this rendering blocking? can this issue be related to cloudflare? (free version) Hi, reset is easier and fast step, thats why I asked you export your setting first before reset , but you can try disable JS/CSS ones first and see how it goes I dont know at this moment , I can not even determinate if its server issue or LSCWP issue without you do test for me its highly unlikely this is CF-related issue , but as to have a clean environment you could disable CF for the time being. Best regards, Hi there, finally I did what you asked me and it seems to work. I think the issue is coming from the following settings: page optimization->media->Lazy Load settings and also Lquid settings. currently I keep these settings deactivated and I did change the color of Responsive Placeholder Color Therefore I will investigate if that color I choose will appear or not when I will do my next test. Hi, Please keep me posted Best regards, issue seems to be solved.
