Slow after logging

Wordpress LScache Plugin: Slow after logging

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi, I just installed Litespeed on several websites and now when I go on a product page, everything is super slow, only when Im logged in. Anyone has an idea? Regards, Clara. Hi, please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed and by super slow as how slow that is ? whats timing with plugin disabled and whats the timing with plugin enabled ? Best regards, Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. I just sent a report, which number is KPYLPJEU. By super slow I mean 13s, and when Im not logged in, its more about 83ms (when I already visited the page before, so the page is cached). But I just made a few tests where: ? I wasnt logged, I navigated on some pages a first time to cache the page and a second time to check if the page was cached -> it was fast and the page was cached ? I logged in with a client account, navigated on the same pages -> it was slow ? I logged in with another client account, navigated on the same pages ? > it was fast Also, it seems like the cache restarts after adding a product to cart for the first time. Its like there was a cache for clients only, doesnt it? The cache seems to be different depending on if youre logged or not. I made a few tests by enabling Optimize for Guests Only option or not, and I dont see any change. Hi, yes , there is a public cache and private cache for non-login and login users , you can verify it by http response header x-litespeed-cache I see some of your options could be time consuming , please try export your current , and reset to default , see how it goes first Best regards, Thank you for the fast reply. Also, Im having another issue: when I add a product to the cart and hover the cart button, the dropdown with product photos display well, but when I navigate on another page and hover again, the photos are huge. This, since I installed Litespeed. I used to use WP Rocket, and this issue didnt occurre. I tried by disabling everything in Litespeed settings, but nothing changed. have you tried with default setting ? please provide me the latest report again. I tried but the image bug still occurs. Here is the report number: EJKSIVJD Hi, please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com we will investigate further Best regards, Thank you, just did it!

LiteCache Rush: Speed comes from using less, not from doing it faster
