Wordpress LScache Plugin: Site logo loading late

Can you let me know what is causing this issue? If I want to exclude wp-content/uploads/2021/09/RP-Logo-main-Copy.png.webp as well, should I include it separately or only wp-content/uploads/2021/09/RP-Logo-main-Copy.png will do? it will do partial match e.g /upload/2021/09/something.jpg will match both /upload/2021/09/something.jpg /upload/2021/09/something.jpg.webp
