Wordpress LScache Plugin: Site crashes when you remove Litespeed plugin

CSS Combine is turned on, but I want to remove the plug-in. The error persists when you remove the plugin. And could you please check does your .htaccess still containing any LiteSpeed script? my problem improved 5 minutes ago. Thank you
