Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, I want to setup quic.cloud cdn for my website. My hosting provider told me though they can change CNAME to quick?.. But cant whitelist IP ? What its mean ? is there any way to use quic.cloud cdn. The page I need help with: https://recipesofhome.com Hi, I am not sure what do they mean , whitelist IPs , albeit is optional , but it could be important. but you can still try to set QC first , it may not need to whitelist IPs Best regards, Hi, You didnt get that what i mean. Here is the complete story. My hosting provider uses Cloudflare for DNS but I cant change DNS from Cloudflare, because of my Hosting provider host that DNS on their server. So, basically to use quick.cloud cdn I have to change two things according to your guide. 1. Change CNAME [ From my domain to .quic.cloud ] -> I can easily change it from my cpanel. 2. Create A record and pointing to origin Ip[according to Hosting provider term whitelist Ip] -> They clearly told me,they cant whitelist ip from other cdn provider. So,is there any way to use quic.cloud cdn ? Have you any suggestion ? Hi, You mean you can not edit your DNS setting ? Best regards, Hi, I can only edit CNAME [ From my domain to .quic.cloud ] from my c-panel but cant able to change A record pointing to origin IP . Do you have any suggestions regarding this issue? Hi, sadly cPanel does not allow CNAME on root domain in this case, you can either switch to different DNS provider, like Cloudflare , or shift your site from root domain to www domain. Best regards,
