Wordpress LScache Plugin: Server overload while pulling optimized images

I found that the cause is most likely an image pull cron job. When all images are pulled, the website stops working slowly. Previously, this problem did not occur. It is such a hybrid of shared hosting and the cloud. My hosting fixed the problem by moving the SQL server to a separate computing cluster.
