Wordpress LScache Plugin: SSL Section of Quic Cloud
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi. I am still confused about this section of quic cloud: 1. I could not find it in your documentation. 2. Is the SSL generated for 1. Communicating between CDN and website or 2. For the domain itself? Hi, when you successfully verified , it will generate a Lets Encrypt cert , this is cert used between CDN node to end-users there is also an option Connection Type to Origin if you set to HTTP only , then it will be like this : user ? HTTPS ?- CDN ? HTTP ? your server if you set to match , then it will be like this user ? HTTPS ?- CDN ? HTTPS ? your server user ? HTTP ?- CDN ? HTTP ? your server Best regards, Still not understanding. So My setup is this way: 1. My site has an SSL certificate which is updated automatically by Auto SSL in my cpanel. 2. The CDN also has an option for enabling SSL. 3. So, based on your explanation, this SSL generated in the quic cloud section is used only between the user and the CDN? And not the CDN and the website? Hi, there are 2 HTTPS connection can take in place between CDN node and end-user, between CDN node and your origin yes, CDN has option to enable SSL for both aforementioned cases. yes , the SSL generated in QC is used for QC ? end-user , between QC and origin , it is relied on SSL on your origin , not on QC node. Best regards, Okay, thanks for the explanation. I understand it now. Cheers!
