Wordpress LScache Plugin: Remove the following redirect chain if possible

The error message is: The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 1.1MiB. https://www.techboys.de/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/0ab24.css https://www.techboys.de/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/74ef3165e6d51331c8b12a996a60ab24.css` So, if I understand the error message correctly the file is created twice using a different name? Please remove. Problem has disappeared after a fresh re-installation.
