Redis Extension: Disabled on Debian 10

Wordpress LScache Plugin: Redis Extension: Disabled on Debian 10

Hello, Im trying to install Redis server and phpredis extention on Debian 10 with DirectAdmin with webserver OpenLiteSpeed. I followed different guides, but none of them seem to be working. However when i do a PING PONG test redis-cli 127.0.0.1:6379> ping I get PONG So i guess Redis server is working. The server is a dedicated server, and is going to host 3 to 4 wordpress websites. Where i wish to use redis on. I have 16GB ram available and i have root access via putty. Can you help me? Thank you. Hi, This is more of server configuration issue , instead of plugin issue. I would suggest you to contact DirectAdmin support for this. Best regards, Hello Qtwrk, Thanks for coming back to me. For some reason, Redis has been detected and connected now! Im not sure if it was the option DB in the plugin change. I changed 0 to 1 Some extra questions: 1. For another WordPress website, do I need to set DB to 2 for example etc? 2. Is there somewhere that I can see or adjust the RAM that Redis can use with each DB? 3. The benchmarks I dont see any improvement (google sitespeed etc.) Do I need to preload this first? 4. How can your Purge the Redis server cache? I cant find that option in litespeed. Sorry I used the WP ROCKET before and this had a purge for redis. Hi, 1) I am not sure what DB you mean ? 2) You should be able to adjust Redis RAM in Redis conf 3) Thats normal , object cache is not very obvious improvement in most cases , it may be more obvious if your site is very heavy that has a lot of object but it also depends on your site, on a normal site , when page is already cached , it wont do any good 4) in LSCWP dropdown menu , there will be an option purge object cache , it will flush Redis. Best regards,
