Wordpress LScache Plugin: Razorpay payment does not work on checkout
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 We are using Razorpay payment gateway and on checkout page after selecting the payment gateway the payment gateway does not load. When disabling the litespeed cache then it works perfectly fine. At times when we clear all cache from litespeed plugin settings then it works for couple of users and again the same does not work. We are using the below settings: Litespeed cache settings > Cache PHP resources > ON Do Not Cache URLS > /checkout/$ Do Not Cache URLS > /wp-content/plugins/woo-razorpay/$ Report number : Report number: QXVMKFJA Report date: 07/26/2018 11:28:08 The page I need help with: https://www.indiefur.com Hi, Could you please specify a little bit more detail ? when you say does not load , how does it not load ? stucking on loading process, blank page or something ? and also , please check what cache header you see in checkout page Best regards, Cache header is x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache I have shot a video of the same. Ideally when the user fills the details on checkout page and proceed to Razorpay payment option then an iframe is loaded from Razorpay payment server where the user fills the card details to process payment. This iframe is not being loaded at times. One thing we noticed is that when we select Credit Card/Debit Card/EMI/NetBanking/UPI Razorpay payment gateway and click on Place Order button. On the next page the payment gateway does not load automatically as it earlier did. But the moment we refresh the page, it does load at that time. We have observed this in Chrome, Firefox and Edge all updated to latest versions. Hi, You can upload video to youtube or somewhere like google driver , dropbox ?etc and provide the link. But for guests or first time customers it does not work. Issue is with guest users not able to checkout.
