Wordpress LScache Plugin: Questions about GDPR

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hello, I have questions about GDPR : Any visitors data is not sent to you (or third parties) ? I precise (or third parties) because in your privacy policy, you just mentionned LiteSpeed employees . Have I something to do to be GDPR compliant with your plugin (consents, privacy policy, ?) ? Can you confirm me that the duplicate copy of every web page on display on my site are only stored in MY servers? I am using o2switch, so there are only stored in o2switch servers ? Finally, any visitor data is not added in the duplicate copies ? Sorry for these questions (and for my english), Thank you Hi, Yass45 We wrote up some information specifically about our plugin and the GDPR. You can read that here. But just to quickly answer a few of your questions upfront: Yes, the data we process when we cache your site is only stored on your own servers. No, third parties never get access to your user data through us. I do encourage you to read the linked blog post. It explains our policy in detail, but the gist of it is that use of the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin does not interfere with your ability to comply with the GDPR. Hope this helps! Firstly thank you for your answer. Yes, I have already see this blog post. Ok so any visitors data is not sent to you and third party. Last question, maybe this question is stupid so sorry for that, but can you confirm me that any visitor data is not added in the duplicate copies ? So its only 100% copy of the page content. Ok so any visitors data is not sent to you and third party. Correct. can you confirm me that any visitor data is not added in the duplicate copies ? So its only 100% copy of the page content. Also correct. The cache is an exact copy of what is visible on the screen, it is stored on your own server and never sent to LiteSpeed or any third party, and you can easily delete it if needed. Thank you for your answer My pleasure
