Wordpress LScache Plugin: Problem with Caching Admin Bar not recognising login status
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi there, We display the WP Admin Bar for all users whether logged in or not. There are BuddyPress and bbPress plugins active. With the 1.2 release of LiteSpeed Cache plugin there appears to be an issue with the caching WP admin bar (at least on my site). With LS cache plugin active and Admin Bar cache enabled, the Admin Bar does not always appear to recognise the correct login status of the user. Sometimes if the user is logged in, be Admin Bar wont display the correct information for logged in users. Instead the Admin Bar shows the log in link, though the user is actually logged in. When we navigate between pages, sometimes the Admin Bar is correct and sometimes not. Disabling the Admin Bar cache does not solve this problem. Only deactivating the plugin solves the problem. But I am finding it difficult to reproduce on our dev version of the site, so I will try to eliminate any other potential conflicts and get back to you if I need to. Glad to hear that.
