Wordpress LScache Plugin: Preload key requests

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Ive searched high and low for the answer to this problem and have tried every solution that has been suggested but nothing seems to work. Ive had the theme developers checking out my site and after all their experimentation they said the best they could suggest is to contact support for the LiteSpeed Cache plugin? so here I am. I just cannot seem to fix the Preload Key Requests suggestion from Page Speed Insights. No matter what I do I always have /icomoon/icomoon.woff dragging the mobile site down by an estimated 3s. Does anybody, please, have any suggestions? https://www.redfootworks.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Screen-Shot-2020-06-25-at-09.32.17.png Thank you The page I need help with: https://www.redfootworks.co.uk Hi, Try add Header add Link rel=preload as=font to your .htaccess, assuming your server is Apache or LSWS Best regards, Thanks for getting back to me. I added that and now I get this warning: Warnings: A preload was found for https://www.redfootworks.co.uk/wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/lib/assets/fonts/icomoon/icomoon.woff&#8221 but was not used by the browser. Check that you are using the crossorigin attribute properly. Would you be able to assist? Dave Hi, then try with Header add Link rel=preload as=font crossorigin Best regard, You have solved a problem that has been plaguing me for weeks and nobody else seemed able to help with. I am forever in your debt. Thank you.
