Wordpress LScache Plugin: Plugin has broken my website with redirects

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi there. I have just launched my new website, and installed Lite Speed Cache. I did not like the plugin, so I uninstalled it. Now my website is broken. I have contacted my service provider and after an hour of searching, we discovered that this plugin has left some odd behaviors and modifications in the .htaccess file. There is lots of redirects with in the database files. There are lots of redirects happening, I cannot access the website in Europe, I am being redirected to an IP address in Amsterdam. However the website can be accessed in America, I think this is because of a caching issue. How do I resolve this issue and get the website back online, I need to completely remove any trace of Lite Speed Cache. This is also preventing my getting into my wordpress admin panel. Thanks. Matt. The page I need help with: http://www.wedesign.london/ Hi @mattwordpressorg Please paste your .htaccess and give more details so we can help. We dont add any redirect rules in uninstallation. If you can try latest v1.3.1, it may fix your issue. The redirecting is cached by accident. In new versions it will be fine.
