Wordpress LScache Plugin: Plugin Makes My Login page Give 503 Error
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Actually I am able to login now cause I deactivated all the plugin functions to allow me login. I really like this plugin. Any function I may have turned on to trigger this? See screenshot below: http://prntscr.com/mjkvcg The page I need help with: https://www.thrivengr.com Hi, Could you please try disable all other plugins and only enable LSCWP , will it also occurs 503 ? Best regards, I disabled all other plugins yes, eevrything actually then activated em all except the plugin and the login page works. Then I reactivated to test and logged out and tried to login again and hit the same 503 error page. I had to deactivatte plugins functions from the general options to login so caching is not working right now. Hi, Please: 1. disable all plugin , everything works fine , right ? 2. if all other plugin disabled , and only enable LSCWP , will it cause issue ? 3. if 2) occurs issue , could you please try reset to default setting and see how it goes ? Best regards, Reset still gives the error! Hi, 503 is most likely a PHP error. Have you checked your PHP error log ? May I know what is your environment ? cPanel shared hosting or something ? Best regards, I am using a cpanel shared hosting. Hi, Please check if you have /public_html/error_log This should be PHP error log, see if there is any error occurring. Best regards, I found nothing pertaining to it on my error_log. I deleted the plugin and switched to wp fastest cache but will still like to use LSCWP. I think it is interfering with my login page. Is there any protocol to make it exclude these pages like wp fastest cache? http://prntscr.com/mk43u2 Hi, There is an excluding option , but I dont think that is the cause , by default wp-login and wp-admin are not-cached. Did you modify it from default route? https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/lib/exe/fetch.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:lscwp-settings-excludes.png Please submit a ticket here , we will need to investigate it furthermore. Best regards, Ive had to remove the plugin totally so my writers can login. Is this something you can investigate on your own? Id like to know how it goes probably reply here or something. Hi, Please verify: 1. If all plugin disabled , will it have 503 ? 2. If 1) doesnt have 503 , then if ONLY enable LSCWP, will it have 503 ? 3. if 2) doesnt have 503 , then it means some plugin is probably interfering with it , then we will need to figure out which one is causing it so we can further check and fix it, in this case , we will ask you to enable them back one by one to determinate which one. Best regards, Sighs! All I know is that as long as that plugin is activated. 503 occurs when trying to login. I cant keep it installed cause writers have to get in onto the site to write stuff. Is this something you can investigate on your own? Hi, Could you please provide the report number? Best regards, Hi, @babshaybell Unfortunately, this is not something that we can investigate very well without you. It doesnt happen on our test servers, so we rely on you to help us find what may be different about your particular setup. If you dont have time to check each of the scenarios @CacheCrawler suggested, then a Report Number is our best hope of finding a conflict somewhere. If you can temporarily re-enable LiteSpeed Cache, and then provide your Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report, we may be able to see whats happening that way. Thanks!
