Wordpress LScache Plugin: Per site or network activation on multisite

The first is just for the homepage and registration, terms, support etc. and the other is the major section, which is a membership community based on BuddyPress. It is clear that LiteSpeed Cache supports multisite, but I dont know if I should activate it per site or network activate it? Is there a difference?
