Wordpress LScache Plugin: Pages shows an url equal to phone number

I see on litespeed create critical css list and in google search console some urls like this https://www.peelpumps.co.uk/shop/p/turbo-750-400v/447803426821 What does create this issue? I thought it was a wrong whatsapp link or some html non-correctly closed tag, but I thought I solved these issues. Is anything done by litespeed?
