Wordpress LScache Plugin: Page does not load as it should for only a few users

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Good day. Earlier I had a problem where pages did not load as they should. It appears that CSS was not loaded. Thankfully that problem was solved by: Disable UCSS and purge all and purge all ? UCSS. When I look through recordings with Hotjar today, I see a visitor is experiencing the same error again. This visitor is using Chrome 95.0.4638 on Windows 10. Any suggestion why it happens again? Reportnumber: FLTHWPUR Hi, Do you see any error message when that happens ? Best regards, No, just that the css does not load for them. I do not experience this myself. Hi, it should show something like error or warning when that happen , like 404 I think , do you have any way to reproduce it ? Best regards, I can give you a screenshot that shows how some things does not load for users. But there is no error code such as 404. What you see if you click the link is that the image gallery on the product page appear in a vertical line ? but should in fact be listed horizontally and in a smaller size. This feature works for me. But I see in Hotjar recordings that this happens for about 10% of visitors. This particular visitor is using Windows 10, Chrome 95.0.4638 and desktop resolution 1280?818 Here is another example, using Edge-browser instead and in another section of the page. I made a new Report number: AAKFPSGS Hi, the page is not open , looks like some CDN misconfiguration , please check , and what is the page link to the one you have in your screenshot ? Best regards, The page works fine for me. hmm? I recently installed a staging area on a subdomain and had to update the SSL cert. Maybe that had a temporary impact on the CDN. The link to the pages are: https://pellvac.com/asksug/ https://pellvac.com/product/virvelvind-asksug-20-liter/ okay ? this is not as css does not load , but more like css is not forming up properly with UCSS , please check this
