Wordpress LScache Plugin: PNG Images are not replaced by Webp

I have checked the result in media library and all of them shows WebP saved % but they are not serving in webp format I have attached the image of media library. Here Hi, That webp saved % shows for the main image and its resized ones , so it may not reflect if one of them are missing. And in some cases, webp file could result in larger than original image, so it wont save webp.
