Wordpress LScache Plugin: PHP error log getting filled up with duplicate entry errors

Heres a snippet from my error log: WordPress database error Duplicate entry 13471- for key post_id_2 for query INSERT INTO wp_litespeed_img_optm ( post_id, optm_status, src, src_filesize ) Hi, Could you please try destroy all optimized images , then see if you still get these logs ?
